Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nerve Arena, including the Nerve Arena apps for iOS and Android, the web version of the app and this website (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Nikola Zorbić, a sole proprietor based in Petrovaradin, Serbia ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.
2. Account
To use the Service, you sign in with Google or Apple. We receive your name, email address and provider user ID from the chosen provider to create and maintain your account. Where available on the web, you can try a practice fight before signing in; that trial session is deleted after 30 days unless you sign in, in which case it becomes part of your account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini) to generate opponent responses, coaching feedback, voice transcription and analysis of your input. AI-generated content is provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only.
AI-generated content is not professional advice, including therapeutic, psychological, medical, legal, financial or career advice. Do not rely on the Service for any decision where you should consult a qualified professional. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for how you act on any AI-generated content.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional. The Service is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service
- Upload content that is abusive, hateful or infringes third-party rights
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
Community scenarios you create must not contain illegal, abusive or discriminatory content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions and Advertising
Nerve Arena is free to use. Optional purchases are the Nerve Pass and Nerve Pass Pro subscriptions and, in the iOS and Android apps, coin packs. Current subscription prices are listed on our Pricing page.
Purchases in the apps are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, and are managed and refunded through your App Store or Google Play account.
Purchases on the web: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Web purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: for a web subscription, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net; for an app subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We may change prices with prior notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law, such as the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK.
Coins are an in-app currency that can only be used to unlock features inside the Service. They can also be earned by playing. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
Advertising: free-tier users of the iOS and Android apps may choose to watch rewarded video ads to earn in-app rewards. Subscribers do not see ads. Information about advertising partners and the data they receive is in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service (graphics, text, AI-generated responses and user interface) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Community scenarios you create remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display them within the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
